DESIGN LEADERSHIP WITH COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
As co-owner and Co-Managing Director of The Imagination Factory, I helped grow a three-person startup into a multidisciplinary consultancy with 12 full-time company members, supported by specialist partners. My work combines design strategy, team leadership and commercial responsibility with a foundation in hands-on research, design and prototyping.
EXPERIENCE ACROSS ORGANISATIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES
My career spans consultancy and in-house product development, including PA Consulting, PDD, IDC, ABB, ASSA ABLOY, B&R, Lumascape and Furi. I have worked across consumer products, medical technology, connected experiences, professional equipment and ventures, bringing together design, engineering, research, manufacturing and commercial perspectives.

CURRENT PRACTICE
I continue to develop my use of generative AI in research, ideation, visualisation, analysis and communication. My experience is grounded in physical and connected products, with digital interface and app prototyping within multidisciplinary programmes.
