Harmonic Pendulum
A kinetic garden sculpture
Commissioned as a garden sculpture, this piece interprets reeds moving through changing patterns of synchronisation. The design combines Portland stone, carbon fibre, polished stainless steel and smoked acrylic in a modular structure.
The project brought together sculptural form, mechanical behaviour and fabrication, with repeatable construction considered during development.
